Always great service, good food, and appropriate portions. Their outdoor patio area is beautiful too. Our server, Willians, was on point tonight. Also a great place for take out pizza!

I picked up an order for a party I hosted. I got the family meal and it fed over 10 people. The order was easy to place and was ready at the time I was told to pick it up. The overall atmosphere at the restaurant seemed lively. I even peeked out to the patio area and will definitely make a point to come back and ask for outside seating. It was packaged well and clearly labeled. The ingredients were fresh and the quality was top notch. The meat was seasoned well and the rice had a great texture. The pizza toppings were delicious and varied enough to please everyone. The baklava was delicious! I highly recommend Mamma’s Kitchen for dine in and take out.

The outside does not do this place justice, it is a sleeper restaurant. The chicken parm was good. The sausage bucatini was amazing; the creamy tomato sauce was phenomenal. Side salads were surprisingly good for their simplicity. The greek salad came with a dolma that was tasty. Overall great spot.

The meatball sub was great, tender meatballs, delicious sauce and a very tasty sub bun. The chicken gyro was good, but the tzatziki sauce was a little thicker than what was expected. Max was a wonderful server, friendly and attentive. We sat inside, but their patio looked very comfy.

This spot has been a hidden gem for 18 years now. One of the best local places you can hit in Alexandria. Their pizza is worth the trip alone, especially on a 1/2 priced bottle wine down Wednesday. The local musician that plays Wednesdays 5-8pm ain’t too shabby either. Any day of the week, highly recommend!
